Most of the cutting tools made by Sanyo Tool are special orders from our customers. Among these, about 10 percent are new types of tools with even more specialized functions which don’t fall into any existing tool categories. This group includes slitters for slitting materials such as magnetized tape, steel sheets, and specific pipes. Our superior skills let us meet strict precision requirements like thickness, flatness, and parallelism for sub-micron level cutters.
From special sizes and stepped complex tungsten carbide drills and reamers to side cutters and curved cutters, we can make a wide variety of cutters. We at Sanyo Tool help facilitate lower costs and optimal manufacturing for our customers with our specialized tungsten carbide cutting tools.
